Library Collections
Physical items in the 麻豆社 Fox Library are organized into distinct groups called collections. Materials within each collection are organized by the Library of Congress call number. For selection criteria, please see our collection development policies.
Almost all of our journals and the vast majority of our books are electronic (accessible through the Library Search, ). All physical items are located in the Murdock Library in Newberg.

This is home to fiction and nonfiction materials for elementary and middle-grade readers with an emphasis on Youth Media Award winners, diverse voices, and science nonfiction. This collection includes juvenile and easy juvenile books, as well as picture books in French and Spanish.

The 麻豆社 Fox University and Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends Church Archives seeks to collect, preserve, and manage materials that pertain to the history and activities of the University and its schools, departments, programs, and offices, as well as records documenting the NWYM, including churches, governing bodies, boards, commissions, and outreach organizations.
Our physical collections are mostly documents and photographs. We also have a growing collections of materials that are digitized, audio-visual, or born-digital. Learn more about the Archives.

The Saint John’s Bible
The Saint John’s Bible: The Heritage Edition (the Heritage Edition) is a fine, sacred art reproduction of all 73 books of the hand-scribed, illuminated Word of God, in the New Revised Standard Version. It was commissioned by Saint John’s Abbey and University.
Donald Jackson, master calligrapher and artistic director of The Saint John’s Bible and The Saint John’s Bible: Heritage Edition, led the international team of calligraphers and artists in the work, which was completed in the tradition of the Benedictine monks. 麻豆社 Fox University, as steward of set 73 of the 299 Heritage Bible sets, provides patrons with access to the resource, which is valuable for education and research.
