Looking for a place to hang out, grab some food or store your bike? 麻豆社 Fox offers many spaces and amenities to enhance your experience.
The FoxHole
The FoxHole is your space. It’s a dedicated commuter space located in the lower level of the Klages Center in the heart of campus. It features comfortable couches and chairs for relaxing and studying, and a kitchen with refrigerators and microwaves for storing and heating meals.
Many students use this space to eat with friends, study in groups, and relax between classes.
Hours
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - Midnight
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 2 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 2 p.m. - 2 a.m.
Bike Storage
There are more than 15 bike racks around campus. If you would like a comprehensive list, including locations, please email commuterlife@georgefox.edu.
Bruin Community Pantry
The Bruin Community Pantry is an Office of Student Life-led initiative seeking to address the real problem of hunger (food insecurity) on campus. Our goal is to help meet the needs of students who, for one reason or another, do not have access to enough healthy food.

Lactation Space
The lactation space on campus is located in the Murdock Library, upstairs in Room 206. Contact the Office of People & Culture at 503-554-2180 to check out the key to this space.
Lockers
Lockers for rent are located in the FoxHole (lower level of Klages). There is a $10 cash deposit, which is refundable when you return your lock. There are a limited number, and they are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email studentlife@georgefox.edu to reserve your locker.
Kitchen, Refrigerators and Microwaves
There is a kitchen located in the FoxHole for student use. It is equipped with refrigerators, freezers, microwaves and a fully stocked hospitality bar.
Additional microwaves are located in the Bridge Café, Intercultural Resource Center, spiritual life office, and student life office for student use.
Resources
Rideshare Program
There is a rideshare feature on , which is also accessible through . You can also use the “GFU Class of” pages on Facebook to post where you might need a ride or if you can give a ride. Parking permits are also available to students.
Student Handbook
The Undergraduate Student Handbook applies to all undergraduate students, even if you live off campus. Commuters frequently overlook alcohol and chapel policies. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with these as they apply to you.
Conversation Starters Form
We highly encourage you and your housemates/roommates to have a conversation about chores, guests, sharing food, and the like. Forms to aid these conversations are sent to your campus mailbox the first week of classes. Please make time for a conversation with your housemates.
